Welcome to the Golden Gecko Vineyard. Our vineyard was started in the Spring of 2006, with twenty-one different varieties as a test plot. We have tested and narrowed that down to concentrate on five varieties. We still continue to run small test plots to see if there are other varieties that can prove to be worthy of East Texas and our brutal climate. The Golden Gecko Vineyard is located in East Texas approximately 75 miles southeast of Dallas, 12 miles south of Canton, and 12 miles north of Athens just off Highway 19. Winery coming soon Copyright
